Assuming the Autobots count as military units, I'll take them. Sorry, very little looks cooler or is scarier than Optimus Prime riding Grimlock....supported by the rest of the Autobots, and let's remember that the movies are a poor representation of Autobot forces, those Fallen wouldn't stand a chance.
