Is Return to Sender broken??
The description of the perk is
[b]"Kills with this weapon grant bonus ammo directly to the magazine"[/b]
Sounds pretty good right? Turns out it only give you a chance for a return on ammo, and a low one at that.
If this is working as intended, change the flavor text. If its not working as intended please fix.
