Story mainly, if you've already beat it, do the final boss fight over and over. If you already have a maxed or nearly maxed character and parallel mission 53 unlocked you can spam that, do it offline bring 2 AI teammates, grab all 3 dragon balls real quick can be done in under 30 sec and nets 18000+ per finish, don't fight Broly, the AI are there to take a quick beating while you snatch the DB's

Speaking of this quest, how do you get an A or higher ranking? I get them in literally 20 - 25 seconds and I keep getting C on average B at best.

You kill Broly, doesn't matter how fast you get them, your rank on a mission is decided by how many points you get and you get more points the more you do, right now without killing anything you should get 18512 exp, it should be like quick finisher, untouchable, no sweat and maybe one more, take Broly out with a super and transformed you'll get a much higher ranking
