And it's [i]undeniable[/i] that the Precursors would be outmatched by Time Lord technology. Doctor Who's universe was MADE to be massively OP. Where the Forerunners had to construct 7 Halos to cleanse the galaxy, the Time Lords had a box the size of a small cabinet capable of causing even more destruction...
