I have to have my inventory neat and tidy. If an exotic gun is in the middle of two legendaries, I have to move it so the legendaries are touching.

Same. Also, I sometimes, with out even realizing it, organize them based on whether or not they have an element, and what type of weapon they are. It's rare for me to do this, but, sometimes, I do.
