Idk if this is a widespread issue but my card for Vault of Glass says I have 30 completions, my Crota's End card says I have 30 completions, but my raid introduction card says I only have 34 total raid completions.

Raid completions only counted Atheon kills until update 1.1.1. After this update, Crota kills started counting. I'm assuming you have kills Crota four times since the update.
