So I just went back again, with all 3 characters and the ghost isnt there. I even used a video to confrim I was looking in the right place and its just not there. I thought odds were that I had made a mistake. Just an FYI for future inquiries

Thanks again for all your help but one more thing.. There are two Old Russia dead ghost fragments. One is in the caves in mothyards, the other is where? I just want to check one more time on all my characters at the second location before reporting it as a bug

I just watched the video again for the ghost you need. This was the ONLY ghost I thought was glitched; this is because I looked through all the caves in that area and couldn't find it! After watching the video very carefully a third time I finally found it! I'm not saying that's what you're doing, but just brought back the memory. If you go back to the link I gave you, it'll show you all the different ghost videos. I assure you, you don't need to do it on multiple characters. You don't need to go for different ghost locations. Take one character to the spot in the video, and if you can't find it after carefully watching the video then report it to Siffow. : )
