I don't know what you are referring to. But I don't much care for characters in things that basically have the power of the writer.
I mean, it seems like every single show/book/game has some super stupid OP character that has the "ability to delete other characters from existence" or "will people to non existence" or some stupid shit like that.
Try comparing actual characters.

It's main attack is an explosion that destroys everything in a 1000km radius. But hell, any influential Necron Lord could imprison it indefinitely. The Emperor of Mankind would roflstomp it. Mugen Ra would slaughter it.

Well Evangelion 13 is a Seed of Life. Part of the system that the universe has for creating life forms. It could open the Doors of Guf and either flood the world with new life forms (Evangelions: beings of godlike power). Or call back all human souls. So I don't think your Emperor can stop a giant (covered in immensely thick armor) from performing a ritual to end all life. There is only one way to stop a being of godlike power. And that is to pierce its core with a Lance of Longinus and seal its soul. There are only two on earth. And since Eva13 (Adam) is in control of them, he is invincible. But it's special. There was only one Adam, but an experiment turned it into four and removed it's soul. So it can't be destroyed unless its core is pierced be the Lance, and then subsequently removing removing the two souls that give it life.

That's fantastic. The God Emperor destroyed his son who was channeling the might of 4 Gods simultaneously with a single attack described as powerful as a supernova and as focused as a laser. I strongly doubt it can tank a supernova. Oh, and C'tan would either annihilate it Or eat it. Why are you upset people are using godlike beings to fight a godlike being? That makes absolutely no sense.
