Not sure if this should be a hand cannon or what
Name: strike of the serpent
Description: sometimes you dont even know whats about to. . .
Type:exotic hand cannon kinetic)
Normal perks: 1st one is perfect balance then idk
Exotic perk: aiming this weapon will cloak you for 15 seconds after 2 seconds
After firing from being cloaked the first shot will either poison(like thorn)(or slow them down) or do double damage
10 rounds in a clip
Design: has a snake themed design

Two fangs at the end of the barrel with a scale pattern maybe green/grey or brown with green outlines for color
