The simple fact is that PvE and PvP are completely different environments. Balancing for PvP is far different than for PvE. Factors like engagement distance, time to kill, etc are vastly different in the two modes. In PvE the engagement distance is longer meaning that the auto rifle nerf really hurts. No longer is using Abyss Defiant in Crota viable. Since the predominate and easiest way that the Ir Yut fight is cleared relies on sitting in
the Boomer towers and drawing the Wizards out. Now Scouts have even more of a dominance in endgame. The two environments need separate balancing as hand cannons still have too much range in PvP for the map size and shot guns need a further nerf so that people actually use primaries. People used to use Suros now they just shotgun you which is even worse.
