Get off of it pussies! Jesus, 2.5% isn't even noticeable. Lvl 30 enemies your weapon does 98 PS instead of 100? Maybe 1 more shot per enemy isn't that big of a deal.

Its more than 2.5%. The 900 RPM AR's like Nechrochasm and Atheons epilogue got cut 2.5%. If it had a higher impact rating, it was a higher cut. Suros got like over 10% damage cut. maybe 14%.
