85% think that Auto's need a buff, bungie hasn't acknowledged thousands of people. I'm doing what I can to keep up this thread.

Auto's will always be the most popular, people are familiar with them. That's how it goes.
It's not fair you ruin these weapons and make them unenjoyable just because they are popular.
Scouts will become next most popular then you'll nerf those. It's not right.

Suros Regime: 14% (Impact Rating: 28)
HardLight: 6-9% dependent on first tree attachments (Impact Rating: 9)
Abyss Defiant: 6.3% (Impact Rating 8)
Monte Carlo: 6.3% (Impact Rating 8)
This is far off the "2.5%" released by Bungievision.

AR's are now outgunned by Scouts, Pulses and Handcannons at every range. The Nerf was an overkill.

I don't use AR, my trusty VOC and FB do the job but this constant nerfing is getting to the point of stupidity

Bump For PvE, underperforming auto rifles were doing good, now the ones with no impact(like Atheons epilogue, which had bad range too) are doing even worse now

The nerf should have only been for pvp, and it should not have been that much, if at all.

They need to begin implementing PVP nerfs only and stop applying these nerfs to PVE.

I don't use autos much but have to agree...I can see what they have done to HCs.

Autos are close to useless in PVE now. I'm tired of PVP "balances" affecting PVE play.

It doesn't make sense to nerf a weapon because it's OP than buff another to make it OP. It's not right that Bungie wants to tell us how to play the game, we don't use pulse rifles simply because we don't like them, so why should they weaken what we like just so we could opt for what they like? They should have just buffed pulse rifles without touching auto rifles. They should have beefed shotguns and did right with fusion rifles. Shotguns shouldn't take me down from half the room away, it should be a direct contact weapon, it's called CLOSE QUARTER weapon for a reason. I don't agree with nerfs in any way, but add the realism of the weapons and shotguns don't make sense when they have so much range.
