  • If they knew how to do that, there wouldn't have been a need to neuter any weapons in PVE. That way they could neuter PVP load outs only. Huge blunder not totally separating PVP..with it's own classes, leveling, armor, and weapons. What a shame.

    • They need to stop trying to make pve and pvp work the same. We know they can separate the two, seeing how shotguns got buffed in pve and not pvp. I understand the need to balance the Crucible, just don't agree with it hurting pve.

        • It would be nice to see an actual response from Bungie on their own website to the concerns raised in threads such as these. Been playing video games for more years than i care to remember, but Destiny is the very first i've ever played, where i come away from it feeling like a Beta Tester. The shear amount of Dev Dabbling since release boggles the mind.

            Buff EVERYTHING back to it's original state BEFORE NERFS in PvE only Leave everything the way it is in PvP

I can kill someone, with Suro's, from control point A to B on Rusted in PvP no different then before. A to C? Scout rifle territory. Pulse Rifles? B to C and B to A through side wall opening. In PvE? I am still getting 3 kills a clip minimum across all planets and their respective patrols/level 30 missions. The 2.5%? Was not high enough. [i]Pulse Rifles[/i] -Increased base damage of Pulse Rifles by 9.7% If you go into a crucible match and not see one now you are lucky. It's vastly easier to kill people at medium range. In PvE? Three Little Words is my primary pulse rifle at the moment and I won't be putting it in my vault anytime soon. I still have Bad Juju in there too. That will be going onto my warlock once he's done leveling his "Another Nitc" scout rifle. His perks will easily allow him to wreck any PvE environment with it. [i] Hand Cannons[/i] -Slightly reduced effective range -Slightly reduced initial accuracy Still 2 shooting people with Thorn. The Last Word accuracy is still too low for me to use in PvP. PvE? 29 Warlock. 30 Hunter. 31 Titan (only need radiant shards to get him to full 32). I put Thorn or The Last Word on any of them? I'll solo nightfalls with them and the appropriate special/heavy weapons for how nice they are in PvE. [i]Fusion Rifles[/i] -Widened blast pattern on a Fusion Rifle burst cone -Reduced starting ammunition in PVP I actually don't use this as often anymore in PvP, but when I do? High impact fusion rifles from the factions are not impacted by the widened blasting pattern. These need some more loving for the impact they bring. It's asking people to get wrecked in PvP if the cone isn't increased a little more. PvE? They are still the best reference weapons for dispatching loads of enemies (commonly thralls) then shotguns so... Lastly?                           • The AR nerf was kinda annoying at first. But barely noticeable after a couple of hours. It didn't ruin the game and plenty of people are still using them without issue in PVE. At worst the patch forces people to be more considerate about which tools they bring to finish the job.

                                  • ARs are supposed to be close-mid range. The nerf was needed and well justified. Stop complaining that Bungie are tweaking their game to play it how they originally intended it to be played..

I made a post regarding this issue before the patch even released detailing why this patch would be bad for the PVE community and why these changes were for the most part unnecessary and a overreaction for nerf calls from PVP crybabies with little thought for the larger part of the community.                                                 Here's an idea... You know how they buffed shotguns to do more damage to [u]non-guardians[/u]? Why not do the same for auto rifles? That way it's 'balanced' in PvP, but not rubbish in PvE.
