im sorry you need to feel special. Xur is the only reason so many people still play this game, if the only way exotics could be gained had been from the extremely random rngness 80% of people would have quit. The people you describe as "casuals" are the people virtually all videogames are designed for, people who want to spend anywhere up to 2 hours a day of their free time on gaming, but who dont want the game to be unplayable when they dont open it for a week or two. Xur helps out great for those people who get the option to buy 1 random exotic weapon per week. This doesn't devalue exotics, they are still as awesome to use as they were before Xur sold them, him selling them does not change their gameplay. if the reason you hate Xur is that you don't want others to enjoy the weapons you like, you should just stop playing anything with other people and focus on single player games, there others can't ruin your experience by trying to enjoy the game as well.
