Nope. The lore behind the Sprint Armor Ability is that it actually bypasses MJOLNIR's saftey regulators, allowing the wearer to operate at increased speed at the expense of saftey.

Of course. They're all pretty self explanatory based on what they do. Evade doesn't really do anything special actually. It just fine tunes your armor's systems for increased acrobatic movements.
