Nah Saint-14 was a titan that went on his own personal crusade against the Fallen. He one day just flat out left the tower to go take care of the fallen himself. [spoiler]Legends say he head butted a Fallen Kell to death....[/spoiler]

Yes he did headbutt that kell but if you read the card he died holding back a horde of fallen that kicked of a big battle which I think was Twilight Gap. Which allowed two other titans/guardians to escape to the city.
