We don't know that. Activision could've played bungie at the end. They both deserve blame though

Wrong, we all know that it's about money. Why? What else do you expect? The game was falsely advertised with most of the content ripped out to be sold as DLC. If you have watched the e3 trailers, you know. And why would they do that I wonder?
