Master Chief is a lone wolf because he has to be. He runs head first into any situation and comes out on top, just like a titan.

Chief is a lone wolf because that's his personality. He's quiet and most times prefers to be alone. Hmm... What class does that remind you of? I digress, Titans, according to what I'f gathered from this forum a mainly built for defence and offence, their two subclasses, whereas Hunters are meant for only offence, meaning more often then not they'll be in a battle far faster than a Titan, as everything they have is only meant for attacking and speed.
