What the hell? Do you know what an argument is? I just provide facts, facts that prove my point and all you can say is "well they prove me wrong, must be invalid.". If I provide you with connections between the Chief and Hunters, far stronger connections between a piece of equipment that only appeared in one game, than you can't dismiss it. The Spartans were first made to Combat the Rebels which later got killed by covenant. This introduced more Spartans to fight them instead which changed the reason why they are made and that what they do is not criminal. Literally all of the chiefs actions are for the better of human kind which means his morals or better then pretty much anyone's. Check.
