Even if the kirmit kid did it on purpose and was lying about the entire thing he never once called in a death threat, sent hate mail over the internet or wished cruel death upon somebody else's self or family. Also, in the video of it happening Cuckold said "I've got to go talk to my friend, so I'll have to unplug the mic" and then -blam!-ing left him to his own devices.
