I have noticed that occasionally during Raids we as a clan end up suprised that a fellow clan member is unable to fill a certain role. Rather than demeaning or putting down the player try to be supportive and teach the member a technique that works. We all have times when we are tired or don't want to deal with long drawn out Raid attempts, but in the end the strength of our clan will depend on how we work together. That said I'm down to practice new roles and techniques anytime any of you would like to put in work.
