Actually I posted on the kid's YouTube video and offered to help him run content. What other action could I take? And I agree that age restrictions serve a purpose ... But to chastise this kid, when a huge portion of the population does the same thing, is asinine. And in most cases, hypocritical.

  • You have to realize that not all minds are the same. I have played video games since before Super Nintendo and I have never given access to my account to any stranger. Some games even have account sharing restrictions for this reason. There is not really much you can do in this case. The most you could have done is added him to your friends and chased him around. He is not the first person to have his account deleted. He was just one of the few that actually got the attention. He didn't get hacked so he shouldn't get any special treatment. He shouldn't get chastised or put on the cross either. This was just a good lesson for him. I would help him too, the same way I help others that need help. As for his accounts getting restored, no they shouldn't. I also don't think the guy who did it should get banned either, even tho it wasn't a nice thing to do.
