How Many Attempts Did It Take You To Get A Crux?
You know, I normally am not lucky to get good things quickly. So, I was starting to wonder how long it had taken you, my fellow Guardians, to get a Crux? A lot of people I asked so far have said they got theirs around 4 - 7 attempts until one of them drop (I even had a friend who had one drop on his very first attempt). I been doing my own personal poll on how long it had taken others to get the infamous Crux of Crota. When have you gotten your Crux of Crota?
Edit: Thank you all for replying to this thread. I got my Crux at around like 20 tries. My Nechrocasm has become my favorite weapon. I also hope all of you who haven't got one yet gets it.
Edit 2: Wow! 400+ replies! I've never had a thread go past 5 replies before! Thank you guys for all sharing your accounts to when you got yours. Some of you have gone through some extreme hours to get one. I really hope the Necrochasm gets a buff soon. I love it a lot but it can't compete with other arc types in it's class.

50ish completions and just got my third crux last week

50+ hard. No crux. Ally has been in vault for all of them. Game is broke. Like broke brokey donkey choke. Oh well. Just a collection item. I'll get it eventually. [spoiler]broke[/spoiler]

Got it last week on ps4 got it again before refresh. It's cool but I wish bungie would make it like vex.

3 different characters and got Crux in 1st week it was a drop then another 2 months before 2nd Crux dropped and another week after that a 3rd Crux dropped have 1 Nechrochasm and the other 2 Cruxes are collecting dust

1. After I got glowhoo I did it the next week and got it AFTER doing Normal Mode.

Been running hard mode first week it was out still yet get the crux to drop .was running three times a week .this week I cut it down to only two I getting burn out trying get dam thing lol

If I counted right, 39 attempts before I got it. 3 times a week since the release, just got it on my last toon last week.

9, the last hard raid on the third week after it was released on my third character. After that I knew I was done grinding crota loot. Now I just practice swordbearing and helping people out.
