Cabal
Cabal are based of the Roman Empire
Hence their names ,Legionaries,Phalanxes,Centurions etc
As well as the greeks ,the Romans were also known for Their gods
Forge of Gods
Plus its the Only enemy that doesn't have a raid

i would never assume that the cabal would have a raid because they are not of the darkness, no where in lore does it say that they are. kind of like the odd man out.

I've always liked the cabal. More of the alien empire invading, hive are the only pure dark group. Vex have multiple different theories(created from traveller, darkness infected them, were created by the "void", etc) Fallen were probably the first race that the traveller gave powers to. Being a savage race the traveller left than and the fallen, now maybe a little dark but not really, seeks to have revenge on the race that took the traveller from them, Us. Also only half of the vex are dark, on half atheon Which is more nuetral to light or dark, and the sol divisive who are the black garden vex who are dark

I also thought about this. Legionary from the roman legion, and phalanx from the Greek battle formation. Centurion was a leader of one legion

From Greece. Yes it was also roman but the Romans took it from Greece. Pretty sure it was from Sparta or Athens, most likely Sparta
