Forge of God's is still just a rumor and hasn't been confirmed yet

It's confirmed that there will be a cabal DLC but we don't know what it will be about

Only confirmation I've seen from Bungie regarding any further DLC post House of Wolves is them saying not to believe the Internet rumor.
