Secondary perk which is called ANTI MATERIALS : this perk is the following , shots fired are high impact armor piercing high explosive shots with firefly with a precision kill. This might sound op with such a high impact or a sniper blah blah but if you get the two shots don't forget your recoils gna be worse the ice breaker so yeah....
