But wasn't she on the Piller of Autumn?
She should have either died when it was taken by Covenant or when it blew up Installation 04.
It also doesn't explain how she was alive in the first place, she was clinically dead before Halo CE even happened.

She is still alive although I don't remember the reason. Also the UNSC are fully aware of the team being operational. In Halo Escalation Blue Team works together to end up composing the Ur-Didact.

How...? Ok I need to read Escalation.

They trick the Ur-Didact in to composing himself. He is technically still alive and it is unknown if he still poses a threat to humanity. Halo Escalation takes place a few months after Halo 4 and that proves Blue Team is still active (including Linda)
