I have all warlock pieces except the two Ahamkara pieces I believe, and I agree, I use apotheosis veil the most because of the health regen in Crota hard. But when it comes to other PVE activities, Obsidian mind giving endless nova bombs or HOPF spamming 13 fusion grenades on a strike boss is a significant damage output compared to a healing piece you probably don't need in strikes.
