I got it today from Xûr's exotic chest Engram. =.=
I'm deleting my warlock though so am going to shard it.

Well I made the warlock then realized I never play it. I made it because I had gotten "Claws of Ahamkara" and wanted to use them. Will be sharding both the claws & the Praxic. Unless trading is announced soon. I don't need the shards yet, have 3 in the vault, so not sharding them until I need them.

But I don't use a warlock. I, honestly, didn't even think much of it when the Engram turned into it until checking this thread. Also, I've equipped my warlock with it to show everyone who doubts. Took off my "Claws of Ahamkara" and just equipped some common gloves I bought so I could equip the Praxic. I must admit, [b]it looks -blam!-ing nice[/b]. Wish I had a video showing me decode it. If I may ask, after some research, why does it seem to be the most sought after exotic armor piece? From what I could find it's because it's the only one Xûr has yet to sell.
