Picked it up from an engram first time today..
Not sure why everyone rates it so high? Can anyone shed some light on why it's so good?

It makes it so you can throw more grenades and use scorch more. Its better that the rest.

You can toss nades like every half second while in radiance. It's incredibly useful.
