It just occurred to me... If you were gonna solo the strike anyway, what's the difference between an afk player and no player at all?

Stop bringing this point up. Their presence changes it, and I don't want to give loot to those people because it just encourages them to keep doing it.

I understand not wanting to give them loot, but their presence doesn't effect anything in the strike.

It has in the past at least. More people in an event means the enemies become stronger. I know they toned it down some in a patch (they used to become even stronger than they do now)

They changed that. More players or less players make no difference anymore. Haven't for months.

I was under the impression it made less difference not that it was completely out.
