It may just be the nostalgia but I think One Piece is really good, sub is what I normally watch it in but the dub has made it to one of the best arcs. If your thinking about watching Gurren Lagan I think it's better dub, you just get more of the emotion I feel in the dubbed version of Gurren Lagan.
