Because warlock are more for doing things for the knowledge and sciencey things and what not. Hunters could care less about that they just wanna scavenge and kill there enemies and make tons of glimmer.

Hunters = personal gain Titans = a shield for their brothers in arms Warlocks = (situational) massive damage output to save teammates, or Revival abilities. Hunters don't do much teamwork-wise, unless it's eliminate enemies which everyone does. While the subclasses for the other classes truly focus on teamwork. But then again, each class is very important to the others.
