I find that hunters are loners, focusing on only themselves. They offer nothing to their teammates in combat besides bullets and grenades. Not to mention stats that prevent them from fighting on the front line with warlocks and titans, or at least not as well.
Titans though, have the bubble which provides a safe place for allies and gives armor and damage boosts.
Warlocks have song of light, which reduces ability cooldowns for allies nearby, while using radiance. Warlocks also make a lot of orbs for allies.
This is why warlocks and titans work together well i think.

I think hunters benefit from bth warlocks and titans. The warlock buff and the titans weapons of light combined with a hunter who is good a DPS. Sounds good to me :)
-
Also a generalization. warlocks, but when you say warlocks your specifically talk about sunsingers. Not all warlocks play as Sunsingers, why does everyone think that?
-
Give hunters some credit they are faster and more agile then titans and warlocks and I don't see hunters standing in the back lines in a fight if anything there up front there basically the scout class for them sneaky people
-
I make 5-10 orbs per super...
-
Max orbs you can make is 9 with the correct exotic on.....
-
Hunters bring to the table great distractions to bosses in boss battles. Just blast them with the trip mine and jump around like a flea whilst blasting them with hand cannons and snipers
-
That is so true
-
you know no Hunter uses invisibility for reviving never
-
I do all the time
-
In nightfall...

Although I dislike getting killed by Fists of Panic and the nova bomb from those classes (I personally think it's a cheap shot but if I was using those classes, I'd probably do the same) you do have a point. I love my Hunter to pieces but sometimes I wish I could contribute more to the team like the Titans shield does or self revive and save everyone like the Warlocks. All I can do is provide cover for others. But hey, I still have fun.
-
You can contribute your the only one who can go invisible to revive others when your the last one standing and have a 90% chance of getting them and not dying (unless you blink like a moron and lose your invisibility or get hit by a grenade that's your contribution to the team
-
Fun is the only that matters when gaming(unless gaming is the most important thing in the world then it won't be fun)
-
Hunters can't fight as good as Warlocks and Titans? Then why do I always have at least 50 more kills than them? Stupid logic is stupid.
-
Lol none are better there all equal just come in handy at different times
-
I'm sorry who died the quickest out of all classes? that's right, warlocks, who goes invisible to be the team medic when everyone is dead in the nightfall? Yea we do a lot of work at a lot of times, btw your self revive? don't die in the first place
-
This is why us hunters "are in the back" so when titans and warlocks are being idiots and just rushing into battle and dying us hunters have to go get them
-
Basically you just contradicted yourself, you are saying that hunters go invisible and revive but then you said that other classes shouldn't die in the first place making hunters redundant to the game.

Edited by MagenkyoKakashi: 2/19/2015 9:00:37 AMI just realized that but we do good stuff with invis, like when you reach omnigul, go invis, then run to the back to de spawn some things for your teammates, plus we are pretty handy in Crotas end
-
I'll give you the Crotas End one but I definitely feel far safer in a bubble when being revived.
-
Edited by MagenkyoKakashi: 2/19/2015 9:13:52 AMthis is true but for example, I had a friend on nightfall who had his ghost being hit by 3 stealth vandals and 3 captains, I wouldn't even try to fight them by myself
-
You forgot to mention the nova bomb which wipes out mobs of enemies at once.
-
So does titan smash and the golden gun (when using the right perks)
