Just got Foil right now, first time I've seen in drop for anyone in the roughly 20 hard raids I've completed.
I've gotten two Timepieces and seen it drop a lot more often.
Still have never gotten a fatebringer or the rocket launcher, but see them drop regularly.

Ive got fate bringer 7 times. Ive seen the foil drop a few times never for me tho. And ive only seen the the time piece once other then for my self. And ya the rocket may seem rare but not as rare.

I have 2-3 of almost every exotic, still no red death or MIDA (damn myself for skipping Xur intentionally that week).
