Yep I have the same glitched Ghost, plus more grimoire cards like the Queens emissary that didn't register (had game since release and did queens bounties etc) :( I went through and collected every dead ghost including the new ones from the dark below but some didn't register :( I'm currently at 2740 and would love to max out at some point :)
