Here's the problem:
The community knows what Destiny needs in terms of making it great; Bungie has finalized it's game on disc.
Whatever specific changes it attempts to make, in the interim, will affect the game as a whole. Also, the DLC House of Wolves has not yet dropped.
We can agree that this game has a number of bugs. We can also agree that 'fixing' the bugs in a video game can be a painstaking, perilous process.
I don't believe that Bungie isn't listening to its player base; however, I do believe they have been woefully inadequate in keeping their community informed. Deej's positive, turd polishing, community focus posts reek of self congratulatory tripe and public affairs amateurism: "Hey guardians, we have a blind duck with a broken wing of a game on our hands, but here's a few wonderful drones that are making the best of a crappy situation. HOOOORAAAAAY!"
This game is a mess. Activision needs to house clean if HoW doesn't address the player base's concerns.

I agree completely. Well said.

Pretty much. HoW is the end of it all, if it doesn't fix anything that the majority of the community has been voicing, then ActiBungie can forget about Comet even making sales - yes some will still get it, but far more won't waste their time. Come The Division, I won't even blink at Destiny.
