after spending over 100 motes on re roll timur's perks i dismantled it hawkmoon, the devil you know ,thorn, fate bringer and other mores are better hand cannons than this.

You couldn't be more wrong. Timur's one of a kind, a super high impact HC that isn't blue or hawkmoon.

My Timur's outperforms all of those listed. The only one close is Hawkmoon but the reload speed is too slow and I'd rather equip Gjally.
