It takes a Patriarch's Flag to rule that army.[/i] Design: A black, slender pulse rifle with a long barrel and brass grips with a flag with the symbol of a patriarch (picture soon to be attached) on the side and a blood-stained scope which looks antique. Upgrades: Third eye, Full auto, Four Round burst Exotic upgrade (A true Patriarch): Each precision kill increases bullets per burst up to seven, without consuming additional ammo.
