Why do people just hang around heavy in crucible?
What idiots! All the time I see people just standing by the heavy and it's dumb. Just pick it up! Tired of these people.

[b]The meter won't fill completely and they're confused.[/b] It's not their fault Bungie made a bad, glitchy game. The best thing to do is abandon it. This has only happened to me once on Shores of Time (A spawn), and once while trying to get spinmetal on Earth. [b]It's an extremely rare glitch.[/b]
