You fool, times vengeance only affects weapons (thats why they glow blue) and instantly charges super. It dose not buff you super, for example golden gun only dose 1,500ish without TV on Atheon and it dose the same 1,500ish with it. Supers grenades and melees are instantly charged but not buffed, only weapons are buffed thats why they glow blue and nothing else dose.
