Hardlight tips?
So I just got Hardlight, but I have no idea how volatile light works. Any Hardlight users out there? What does volatile light actually do? Leave your tips please.
Edit: I also heard that Volatile Light can actually penetrate the titan's bubble.
Edit: apparently it can't...or can it?

Edit: So apparently it's kind of situational since to utilize its rather niche perk effectively, one must put a wall behind one's opponent. I hope to see this gun to be more defined, as it plays more like a submachine gun as opposed to an auto rifle .

1 ReplyI used to love my hard light. But the slight nerf has caused me to lose so many kills in PVP. I had this gun down, now something is off. I could be imagining it but my whole rhythm is off.

1 ReplyMy best tip for Hardlight (along with all other ARs) is to hover over it in your inventory and hold down X for a few seconds. It'll really improve your gameplay. That's a good tip for any Warlocks and Titans you may have too.

4 RepliesThere is nothing exotic about this weapon. Bad juju has unlimited ammo so long as you keep killing things. It also charges your super quickly. It also causes extra damage after each kill. Just giving an example of what an exotic should feel like.

1 ReplyPeople here say it's not any good because they try to use it like all the other AR on this game. But this gun is not a AR its a sub machine gun and if you use it as such you will see a difference. Max out the stability Close to medium range only Only use Volatile Light sparingly Use it to suppress people that are hiding Just remember it's a SMG not a AR and it will work great. It works great in both PvE and PvP.

5 RepliesDon't dismantle it, you should never dismante an exotic if you don't have one. Also, hard light is the best auto in the game now, as with aggressive ballistics it does the same damage as it did before the auto nerf

16 RepliesPut enemies between you and a wall. The rounds will bounce back. Hard light requires more situational awareness to use properly. People who use it for trick shots are not using it properly. These aren't supposed to be used like skip rounds but for cq domination. They're supposed to penetrate and come back to chew through a 2nd time.
