Encrypted Engram Glitch?
So I made a Hunter and was progressing through the campaign again, and I came across a green drop (nothing too major). When I went to the Cryptarch and turned it in I received a white, I repeat, a white (common) Hieracon Sniper. Is that supposed to happen?
