Both my Ogre and Hydra kills have stopped counting. It has been like this since at least November but didn't care till now that i am trying to max my grimoire score .

So I got it too work with where the video said to go but one thing to note. It only worked on regular difficulty for me for the ogre. On heroic he wasn't counting.

Go to the places listed above in the videos. That's how I did it and it worked for me. Seriously the easiest way I've found. PLUS those kills actually count! Tested a lot of other places and found that those OGRES/HYDRAS didn't count. : )
