Farming Ogres, and Hydras were a grind, along with VIP patrols. Kill enemies on patrol with hand cannons and pulse rifles and you're done! Make sure you don't do any crucible without your titan to get those kills up. Rumble here you come! Glad update 1.1.1 is coming. Rumble sucks trying to beat others with fusion rifles and shotguns.
