You are the eye of a never ending storm. Only a guess, but I have Thunderlord and its perk lightning rounds fires the weapon faster and it gets more stabile the longer you fire. Plus its does arc damage and it chains to enemies and can blow up a small mob. I t was my first exotic drop and I will always carry it.
