If god did not create evil then god is not all powerful.
To say god didn't create evil, but you believe he created everything is contradicting your beliefs. But I'll prove you wrong anyways.
I'm sure you'll agree that god is all powerful and all knowing. To be all knowing means you literally know everything. That includes past events, present events, and future events. We will focus on the future events.
I'm sure you also know that god created all the angels, including lucifer. God is all knowing so when he created lucifer he did so knowing lucifer would rebel and cause Eve to eat the forbidden fruit. This effectively caused all man to be born with original sin. Also with god being all knowing, he knew that lucifer would rebel and later tempt all men so they would sin and go to hell.
Now let's take it a bit further with the all knowing thing.
Once again all knowing means you can see future events. That also means to us god knows what we will do 5 minutes from now, and 5 years from now. He knows all of our future events to the point of our death.
That means that when god creates a person, he knows how that persons life will play out. That also means that god specifically creates people so they go to hell.
Essentially we have no free will. How can we have free will if god already knows what we will do in the future? It only appears that we have free will because we can't see our own future.
