I love the game but I agree with a lot of this article and along with the wrong fixes etc the fact that ABSOLUTELY everything is RNG I believe creates a feeling of wasted time, there needs to be at least some level of clear cut reward say attaining a certain faction level guarunteeing you will get that certain shiny you want whether it be a badass shader or ship etc. Too much RNG is just killing it for everyone I think
