I completely agree. I was the game's biggest advocate among my friends and I find myself slowly stepping away. That's not to say it wasn't fun or even that I don't enjoy it now...I just don't enjoy it as much. For as much as I support the idea of communication, I feel like Bungie's method is (for the most part) failing at it. If they actually communicated better at the bugs they're fixing and additions that are actually coming (even if they are down the road), I think a lot of people would feel good about it. But having the updates be filled with anecdotes, cryptarch jokes, and uninformative Q&A....it just leaves the community feeling soured. Rather, they should be knocking out the issues that are well known and even documented in video by their players. This game could be mind-blowing...but it's just a fun romp at the moment. It saddens me that the issue has become such that entire articles are written about the game's short-comings and mishandling. People wonder why so many cheese strikes and raids...it's because people have gotten tired of grinding through but they still want to play with their friends and not be hassled by the bugs that can totally screw your team over. The rng does nothing but mock the inner-collector in those of us with that personality and even their fix on CE doesn't really work; I received 5 pairs of gloves before I got 1 pair of boots...it was supposed to give you something you didn't have (and I would've been fine even if it just increased chances everytime until you got it...but 5:1 is not good for something that was supposed to be fixed). The idea of Xur is fantastic, but that man should be traveling and have something truly exotic. Why doesn't the game give you exotics you don't already have via rng but Xur have items that are completely unique to him? I feel like I could go on, but I don't want to make this a rant. In truth, I really like the article but I am frustrated just as many others are. I think it's a sign of a good game when people just want more....but more also means the stuff we have should be fixed rather than tweaking things that don't need tweaked.

 • And what about the raid helmet? How many gloves, boots and chest pieces did you get before getting the helmet? Or have you even got the helmet yet? Anyway, I agree with the article and you 100%. Even though it's been said before, I find Crota's End HM absolutely ridiculous. Bungie definitely took the cheap way out with the HM when all they did was level up the enemies and take away the chalice. Not to mention all of the glitches. One has to wonder if the glitches are intentional because of how easily Crota's End NM was defeated with cheeses and glitches. I can see Bungie in my mind's eye, "Oh really? You glitched yourself a victory over Crota? Well then, just wait until you meet Crota on HM because we're giving the Hive all the glitches this time around bee-otches!" I friggin hate Crota's End HM and don't enjoy doing it at all. I would rather watch Murder She Wrote than have to deal with this tetanus shot of a raid. Anyway, here's to hoping that Bungie listens to us and starts making changes that matter and stop making changes that just make us want to jump to our deaths from the tower.

 • I almost had a freak-out when I got to 5:1. I know that feel, bro. I think the thing that draws us back to Destiny more than anything else is how amazing we know it could be. Those of us still playing and/or talking about Destiny are doing so for a reason. Through the insane kaleidoscope of crazy economies, level bottlenecks and RNG, we can see the game Destiny is so close to being. I want that game.
