Unless he completely stalled the plane, the speed of a jet plane at that altitude would be too fast and generate too much force and bend is arm backwards. Further more, oxygen at that altitude is considerably less. Those planes are pressure-sealed. As soon as he opens that window, the plane would tear itself apart.
